Location
Our street address is Suite 2, 21 Kings Park Road, Kings Park, WA 6005.
We are located inside Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Club, on the first floor next to the huge gym space.
You do not have to be a member of Next Gen to visit us. Simply head to the front desk on the ground floor, and the reception team will let you know where to go.
Please note: the reception team at Next Gen do not work for Kings Park Physio. For help with anything regarding physio, please call us on 08 6269 2015, or you can visit our main clinic at 12/378 Wellington Street, Perth.
Yes, there is free parking on Jorang Grove with a 4 hour limit.
Kings Park Physio has a wheelchair-accessible entrance (gradual ramp from car park to front door), an elevator to reach the first floor, and accessible bathrooms.
Our treatment room doorway is 72cm wide.

An initial 40 minute appointment, which includes an assessment as well as treatment, is $155. A standard 20 minute follow up appointment is $119.
If your physio recommends a different type of follow up appointment, they will be able to let you know the associated price.
Yes, it can be. If you bring your physical or digital health insurance card, we will be able to process it through our HICAPS machine. If you have eligible cover, a portion will paid by the insurance company and you will pay the gap.
If you would like to know what the private health cover amount will be, please contact your insurer directly. Every fund and plan is different.
Initial appointment – when it is your first time seeing one of our physios
New episode – when you’ve seen one of our physios before, but this visit is for a new concern.
Standard appointment – a 20 minute appointment to continue treatment on something you’ve seen us for recently.
Extended appointment – a 40 minute appointment to continue more complex treatment on something you’ve seen us for, or an exercise / hydrotherapy based appointment.
Physio massage – 40 minute soft-tissue treatment of a particular problematic pain. This appointment will not include dry needling, joint mobilisation, or exercise prescription.
If you provided your email address when booking your first appointment, you should receive a confirmation email within an hour. This email will include information about your appointment as well as a link to your Initial Client form. Completing this before your visit ensures your physio has the relevant medical information they need, as well as giving us consent to provide treatment to you.

If you have a referral from your GP or specialist, or any relevant imaging results, bring those along or send them through to our reception team before your appointment.
If you are seeing us with a Care Plan from your GP, please note that we are a private billing clinic and are unable to offer Bulk Billed appointments.
If you have Private Health cover, bring your physical or digital card with you. If you are unsure if your fund covers physio, check with them directly for a quote.
If your visit is likely to be exercise or pool based, please bring your own towel, water bottle, and appropriate clothing.
We advise you to wear comfortable clothing where possible during your appointments.
Depending on the reason for your visit, you may wish to wear clothing that allows your clinician to perform the required treatment while keeping you covered up. Examples of this would be wearing loose shorts for hip or glute pain, or a racer-back top for shoulder complaints. We always have towels on hand for draping as well, to keep you as comfortable as possible during your appointments.
Yes, our physios can provide dry needling therapy during your appointment, but it is also optional. They will discuss their recommended treatment plan with you each visit, and always want to hear about your preferences and feelings.
Yes we do. Please ensure you have visited your GP and have a referral for Physio, as well as contacting the relevant insurance company to start the claims process.
To allow us to organise everything swiftly and smoothly, please either make a note about the claim on your appointment booking, or let our reception team know ahead of time.
Yes we can see both DVA and NDIS participants at our clinic.
