Cate’s has a strong interest in functional strength & mobility and neurological rehabilitation. With over four years experience as a sports club physio, she has developed extensive knowledge in managing acute sporting injuries. She is particularly adept at the treatment of sprains, strains, and overuse conditions.
Cate’s knowledge extends to implementing comprehensive rehabilitation programs for athletes recovering from ACL reconstructions,shoulder injuries & dislocations, and ankle injuries. Her personal involvement in volleyball and netball not only fuels her passion for sports but also provides firsthand insight into athletic injuries. This practical experience enhances her understanding of sport-specific biomechanics and injury prevention strategies.
